Good Technology

Not all technology is created equal, and we do our best to use the good stuff.

Web Standards

We embrace web standards such as XHTML and CSS. These technologies ensure that everyone will have access to your website, from a CEO on a new computer, to a teenager using a public library computer. Too many designers ignore these important standards. To see for yourself, test another designer's web page here and you'll likely see many errors that could ruin your page for some users. On the other hand, enter any of our pages, the W3C will confirm that our pages conform to cutting-edge web standards. That's why we proudly display the XHTML and CSS logos on our pages, including this one.

Open Source

We also use open source technology as much as possible. Open source software is free to use and modify (yes, really). This makes it easy for us to keep costs down and mentor up-and-coming web designers who can't afford overpriced software packages.
